Cass County is home to FOUR Enhanced Enterprise Zones with BLANK square miles of affordable sites and buildings available. All Enhanced Enterprise Zones are designed to attract manufacturers with 50% tax abatement for a minimum of ten years PLUS tax credits from the State of Missouri for qualifying companies.
Locating in Cass County provides your company transportation access via Highway 71 (soon to be Interstate 49; rail transportation with a main line of Kansas City Southern; air transportation with Kansas City International airport one hour away, as well as, our expanding executive airport in Harrisonville, Missouri.
The new $673M Honeywell-NNSA plant, currently under construction just north of Cass County, is just one example of substantial investments in our local community even in tough economic times.
